Painting is a very critical process for the external parts. In order to strictly control the quality standard, BASSO use automatic painting equipment by liquid / powder trolley line painting facility for big parts of automobile industry, bicycle, power tools….etc and ABB robot painting flat line for small parts of 3C products (computer, communication, and consumer electronics… etc). We select a dust free room with ISO class 4 (class 10,000) for precise painting products.
A pre-treatment system is to ensure the paint adhesion. BASSO uses a NON-Chromium chemical treatment system to meet the products & environmental protection requirements.
